If global warming (Climate Change aka) causes more hurricanes, why is there not more each passing year?

This http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/pastdec.shtml link above lists the total U.S. hurricanes from 1881 – Present. There is absolutely no correlation between these data and global "climate change". Global temperatures are "increasing" and yet the frequency of hurricanes seems to be random, at best. For example, between 1881 – 1890, there were 10 major (category 3,4,5) hurricane, while 2001-2004 saw only 3. So how hurricanes can be rising due to global warming if the frequency or power of hurricanes are hurricanes increasing? The alarmist global warming lie to us? Crabby_blindguy: I do not know that the National Weather Service has been junk science of "oil companies" … In effect, you must be much smarter than all of us to see such a hidden link. You Got It. They can not predict how long the next week, but they are 100% sure what will happen in 100 years with a single doubt in their minds. If someone questions they will lose their jobs or to take their degrees all in the name of global warming.
